Order Accuracy & Address Verification

We kindly ask that you carefully review all shipping details to ensure complete accuracy before finalizing your purchase. Please note that XwXwSeui relies on the address information provided during checkout and cannot be held responsible for errors in shipping information entered by the customer. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once your order has been marked as "delivered" by your local postal service, our responsibility for the package concludes. We encourage you to ensure your delivery location is secure to prevent any potential loss or theft.

During holiday seasons, please anticipate possible delivery delays due to increased carrier volumes. We appreciate your understanding and recommend planning accordingly.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

We are pleased to offer a 2-hour window for order modifications or cancellations. Please contact us at info@xwxwseui.com, and our team will respond within 24 business hours.

Once your order has been transferred to our shipping carriers, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, we recommend initiating a return process after receiving your items.

Please note: if you cancel your order, a 5% cancellation fee will apply. This isn’t something we keep—it’s a processing fee charged by the payment provider (like your credit card company or PayPal). We’re charged this fee even when we issue full refunds. Thanks for your understanding!

 Shipping Timeframes & Options

Orders typically depart our warehouse within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking notification via email once your shipment is on its way.

International orders typically take 1-2 weeks to ship out.Please note that some orders may experience delays due to operational considerations or carrier circumstances. We appreciate your patience as we work to ensure timely delivery.

We offer standard shipping options available for selection during checkout.

📦 How Returns Work

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of your order date.

Items must be in original, unused condition, including packaging.

Once your return is approved, please ship the item back within 8 days.

Returns shipped after 8 days will be eligible for store credit rather than a refund.

What Can’t Be Returned

Products purchased during regional sales events.

Items marked “Final Sale” or belonging to a clearance collection.

Products in transit: While we can’t process returns for goods still in transit, you may request a return once they arrive, within the standard return window.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 8 days of delivery for us to assist you.

💸 Return Fees & Shipping

An 8% fee is applied to returns to cover original shipping and handling.

You’re responsible for return shipping, but we’re here to make it simple:

- For U.S. orders: We offer a $12 prepaid USPS label—we’ll deduct it from your refund.

- For international orders (outside the United States): You’ll need to arrange and cover return shipping. Be sure to mark your package as “Return” to avoid customs charges. Any import fees or duties are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If we made a mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover your return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

To start the return process, simply send an email to our Customer Service team at info@xwxwseui.com. Please provide your order number and the name of the product(s), and we will get the process started for you.

Address Issues and Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an insufficient or incorrect address, customers should contact info@xwxwseui.com to provide corrected information. If a package is returned to the warehouse, reshipment will occur after the item is received, a process that may take 7–50 days. Refunds are issued only after the returned package is received.

International Shipping

XwXwSeui offer international shipping. We're excited to bring our love of skiing and snowboarding to enthusiasts worldwide.

Inventory Availability
